Our Mummy Bootcamp classes are all different and include a variety of all the different elements of postnatal fitness. Starting with a warm up, we then move into a main phase of a mix of strength & conditioning, cardio, flexibility & stretching, balance, pelvic floor, core stability and posture. Modifications are given where necessary so Mums of different fitness levels and postnatal stages can all workout together. The babies stay with us the entire time and if anyone needs to tend to their baby, no problem at all!

We at Mummy Bootcamp know that not all Mums are not physically and mentally ready to take this step so we are happy for new Mums to try it out first before committing to a 6 week term. Simply Whatsapp 086 3836020 to book in, once your have bought your pass.

This gives you access to 2 classes per week in your preferred location. Our 6 week sessions start and finish the same date for all our Mums, so you can all be on the same cycle. Each session will have a mix of new Mums & Mums who have been with us a while so it is a ‘train at your level’ style class. 55 mins classes.
